WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR GIVE REFUNDS.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, MISSING FROM SHIPMENT OR THE WRONG PRODUCT, WE WILL ONLY SEND REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED/MISSING/WRONG PRODUCT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF PACKAGE.

MOST INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ARE DEEMED COMPLETE ONCE SHIPMENT ARRIVES IN THE CUSTOMER’S COUNTRY. IF THE ORDER GETS STOPPED BY CUSTOMS AND IS DESTROYED OR NOT RETURNED TO US, WE WILL NOT REFUND THE ORDER. PACKAGES THAT ARE UNDELIVERABLE WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED ONCE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED BACK BY US. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETAIN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE AND TO CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD ORIGINALLY USED FOR COSTS WE INCUR RELATED TO THE RETURN OF THE UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES TO US.

IF WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU, CANCEL THE ORDER AND FULLY REFUND YOUR PAYMENT.
